While my role was not directly related to coffee production, it gave me the opportunity to travel across the region, visiting many of these cooperatives and gaining first-hand exposure to how the coffee industry operates.
Through these experiences, I saw how important cooperatives are—not only in maintaining the quality and consistency of the coffee, but also in supporting the communities behind it. That perspective continues to shape how we approach sourcing today.
