1. Overview

This Shipping Policy outlines the fulfillment and delivery standards for direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders placed through the Roast Suppliers Trading Co. (RSTC) online store.

All orders are fulfilled from:

Newmarket, Ontario, Canada

International shipping is not offered at this time.

2. Shipping Coverage

RSTC currently ships within Canada, excluding:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut

Orders placed with delivery addresses in these territories will not be processed.

3. Shipping Rate Structure

Shipping rates are determined based on destination province.

Ontario

Standard Shipping: $7.50
Free Shipping: Orders $60.00 CAD and above (before tax)

Quebec

Standard Shipping: $8.50
Free Shipping: Orders $60.00 CAD and above (before tax)

Atlantic Canada

(Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador)
Standard Shipping: $12.99
Free Shipping: Orders $60.00 CAD and above (before tax)

Western Canada

(Alberta, British Columbia)
Standard Shipping: $9.99
Free Shipping: Orders $60.00 CAD and above (before tax)

Prairies

(Manitoba, Saskatchewan)
Standard Shipping: $12.99
Free Shipping: Orders $60.00 CAD and above (before tax)

The free shipping threshold applies to merchandise subtotal prior to tax.

Depending on order size and packaging requirements, some orders may ship in more than one parcel. When applicable, tracking will be provided for each shipment. Free shipping eligibility remains based on merchandise subtotal before tax.

RSTC reserves the right to adjust shipping rates in response to carrier cost changes.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following confirmed payment.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
  • Western Canada: 3–7 business days
  • Prairies: 3-7 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Carrier & Service Level

Orders are shipped using tracked domestic parcel services via Chit Chats or equivalent carriers.

Service includes:

  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Tracking number provided
  • Residential delivery included

Carrier selection may vary operationally while maintaining equivalent service standards.

7. Address Accuracy

RSTC ships to valid Canadian residential and commercial street addresses only.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RSTC is not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Customers must notify RSTC:

  • Damaged shipments within 5 days of delivery
  • Missing shipments within 7 days of expected delivery

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Policy Updates

RSTC reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect operational or carrier changes.
