All products sold are packaged food products intended for personal consumption. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to packaging updates or display settings.
2. Orders
RSTC reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Inventory availability issues
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Misuse of the website
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
3. Website Use

4. Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be received in full before order fulfillment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. RSTC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
6. Force Majeure
RSTC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or supply chain interruptions.
7. Returns & Refunds
All coffee products are final sale.
Returns and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
RSTC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law
